Brandon Ames

Completed his civil engineering degree with an emphasis in hydraulics from Utah State University. Brandon also worked as part of a civil engineering firm before starting Element Solutions. He began working in his youth with his father in northwestern North Dakota in the irrigation industry on projects that ranged in size from simple lawn sprinkler systems to more complex golf course and farm irrigation systems.

Sara Sauter

Sara grew up in south central North Dakota. Attended Dickinson State University and received her bachelor's degree in accounting.

Scott Stromme

Scott is a lifetime native of the Bismarck area and has served in the Army Reserves for 23 years. Scott worked for Melroe, Mariner, and Central Excavating and Irrigation before joining Element Solutions. He has served in the irrigation industry for over 15 years.

Jesse Renschler

Jessie began working on his family's farm in central North Dakota before attending Bismarck State College. He has since worked in the irrigation industry for Central Excavating and Irrigation out of Bismarck for three years before joining Element Solutions.

Jeremy Brandle

Jeremy is a graduate of Underwood H.S. in North Dakota and has worked on various farms in North Dakota. Jeremy worked for Whole Sale Ag before joining Element Solutions.
